Counselling that meets you where you are
4Cs offers face to face and online counselling to people living in the Norfolk area. Counselling with 4Cs starts with a free assessment via Zoom or, where this is not possible, in person in Norwich.
At your appointment we will discuss what issues you would like to bring to counselling, and there will be an opportunity for you to ask questions. If we feel that we are the right place for you, and we can match your availability, you will be allocated to a counsellor when one becomes available.

A safe space to be yourself
Whether you're carrying grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or simply a weight you can't name — you don't need to arrive with the right words. Our counsellors are trained to listen without judgement, at a pace that works for you.
Sessions are low-cost, based on a suggested donation of £10–£45 per week — no one is turned away because of financial difficulty.

If you work with someone who may benefit from counselling — whether through a church, a GP surgery, or another charity — we welcome referrals. All counsellors hold BACP, UKCP or ACC membership. We provide an assessment appointment to determine suitability and matching.

Support the work
4Cs is a charity. Every counsellor volunteers their time so we can keep costs low. Donations, Gift Aid, and church partnerships are what make this possible — and directly enable more people in Norfolk to access the support they need.
£45 a month sponsors a counsellor's external supervision. £40–£80 covers their monthly travel costs.
