What happens next

Submit your enquiry

Complete the form on this page, or call Hayley on 07434 654439. This only takes a few minutes.

We get in touch

We aim to respond within 3 working days to acknowledge your enquiry and explain where things stand with our waiting list.

Assessment appointment

When space allows, we'll invite you to a free one-hour assessment by Zoom (or in person in Norwich). This is a conversation, not a test.

Counsellor matching

If 4Cs is a good fit, you'll be placed on our waiting list. We'll match you with a counsellor when one is available whose availability and style suit your needs.

First session

You meet your counsellor and agree how you'd like to work. Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes each, with no fixed end date.

Enquiry form

Please complete this form to enquire about counselling with 4Cs. We will be in touch within 3 working days.

Optional, but helpful if we need to reach you quickly.

Preferred assessment format

This is confidential. You can say as much or as little as you like at this stage.

Making a referral

We welcome referrals from churches, GP surgeries, community organisations and other charities. If you work with someone who you feel may benefit from counselling with 4Cs, please encourage them to make an enquiry directly via the form above — or call us to discuss.

Please note that we are unable to fast-track referrals and all clients go through the same assessment process regardless of how they come to us.
