How it works

Your story could start here

Everyone who came to 4Cs started with an enquiry. The assessment is free. The first session is just a conversation. There's nothing to lose by asking.

1
Fill in the form — takes about 5 minutes. As much or as little detail as you like.
2
Free assessment — an hour-long conversation by Zoom or in Norwich. No commitment.
3
Your counsellor — matched to you when a space opens up. Weekly sessions, at your pace.

You don't have to carry this alone.

The enquiry form is the first step. We will take it from there.
